Product Details

Made with dewlap and loin head of acorn-fed Iberian pigs. They are finely chopped and marinated with a mixture of sweet and spicy paprika from La Vera, salt and garlic for 24 hours and cured in natural casings for 3 months. The meats used for its preparation come from animals that have acquired their last 5 arrobas in a montanera regime based on acorns and herbs from the dehesa.
