Supreme quality salchichón made with Iberian pork raised entirely in freedom and fed on acorns and herbs from the pasture of Extremadura. These animals replace 70 kilos during the "montanera" (period of use of the acorn during the months of November to March) enjoying each one of at least 2 hectares of pasture land. The mixture is marinated with black pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, garlic and salt for 24 hours and immediately stuffed in natural casing.

Healing period of 5 months.
