Product Details
Acorn-fed Iberico Ham from animals raised in freedom and fed on acorns and herbs in the Extremadura pastures. These pigs replenish during montanera season (november to march) 4@ of weight (1 @ = 11.5 kg).
Each animal in this category has a minimum of 2 hectares (about three football fields) of pasture for fattening during the montanera (period of use of the acorn between November and March).
Maturation period of each piece of at least 3 years.
Weight of the piece between 8 and 9 kilograms.
