Product Details

Iberian Pork Rib precooked at low temperature to regenerate in ten minutes in the oven at 200°C or on an iron or pan during ten minutes.


MODALITY OF EMPLOYMENT:

1) Temper the product by removing it from the refrigerator 2-3 hours before cooking it
2) In a frying pan with a little oil, brown on both sides over medium heat.

3) Separate the ribs by cutting them through the boneless area.

4) Season to taste.
