Supreme quality chorizo without additives or preservatives made with pure Iberian pork raised entirely in freedom and fed on acorns and herbs from the pasture of Extremadura. These animals replace 70 kilos during the "montanera" (period of use of the acorn during the months of November to March) enjoying each one of at least 2 hectares of pasture land. The mixture is marinated with paprika de la Vera, salt and other spices for 24 hours and immediately stuffed in natural casing. Curing period of 5 months. Price per 100 gr.
