We promote free-range farming in the dehesa in order to raise the value of our products, highlighting the difference from intensive farming.

We breed animals from native varieties, we look after them and feed them using the free range system.

We process and market products from our own dehesas ( iberico acorn-fed pork meats and cured meats, suckling iberico pork meats, lamb, kid meat and beef from dehesa).

País de Quercus also promotes  research, in a constant quest to recover traditional preparation processes, as well as in creating new methods to get value-added cuts like Iberian bacon, Iberian pork fat, Iberian liver, etc.
